1) Acceptance & Eligibility

By accessing or using spinoranewzealand.com and any related apps/services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. 10) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11) Disputes, Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, including the Gambling Act 2003, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and the Fair Trading Act 1986, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us to seek informal resolution. Lower-value consumer disputes may be brought before the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand. Any dispute not resolved informally or through the Disputes Tribunal will be brought exclusively in the courts of New Zealand, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
